2. Dispensing height The precision dispensing machine needs to adjust the dispensing height. 3. Needle size In the dispensing process, the dispensing needle needs to be selected according to the size of the product. The inner diameter of the needle is about one-half of the diameter of the glue point. Choosing the right needle can ensure the quality of the glue point and improve the production efficiency.

4. Setting of the glue dispensing time of the glue dispenser The amount of glue to be dispensed should be half of the product spacing, so as to ensure sufficient glue amount to paste the components and avoid excessive glue seepage. The amount of glue dispensed by the precision glue machine can be controlled by adjusting the glue dispensing time. During the dispensing process, the dispensing time can also be set according to the environmental conditions (workshop temperature, glue viscosity, dispensing speed, etc.).

5. Pressure setting of the glue dispenser The pressure of the glue dispenser determines the amount of glue and the speed of glue dispensing. High pressure is prone to problems such as glue spraying and excessive glue amount, which affects the beauty of the dispensing product; low pressure may cause problems such as uneven dispensing and failure to dispense glue, which directly affects product quality.

In actual production, it is necessary to set the pressure according to the viscosity of the glue, the environment of the production workshop, and the temperature. If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the glue will increase and the fluidity will become worse. At this time, the pressure value needs to be increased, and vice versa.
